Terms and Conditions of Participation for the 1TC Treasury Convention

1TC participation is reserved for clients, potential clients and users of BELLIN, a Coupa Company and Coupa as well as select exhibitors.
Eligibility is subject to a written confirmation by BELLIN, a Coupa company.
BELLIN, a Coupa Company reserves the right to change the program or the event location at short notice.
BELLIN, a Coupa Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event on the grounds of force majeure (including but not limited to storms, industrial action, accidents). Irrespective of their nature, no claims for damages may be asserted in such a case.
The first and last name of participants as well as their company, title and country can be viewed by other users and exhibitors in the dedicated event app. All participants consent to this provision. Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time.
While every care has been taken in checking the contents of the website, BELLIN, a Coupa Company assumes no responsibility for the up-to-date nature, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information presented.
Liability claims against the provider, arising from material or immaterial damages, caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by incorrect or incomplete information, are expressly excluded, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the provider.
The provider expressly reserves the right to change, amend, delete or discontinue any parts of the website or the entire contents without prior notice.
The provider has taken every care to check the contents of any websites it refers to. Any liability for these websites’ contents is nevertheless expressly excluded.
Limitation of liability for participants
Participants attend 1TC at their own risk. The liability of the organizer, BELLIN GmbH, a Coupa Company, or any of its agents or vicarious agents, any employees, auxiliary persons, representatives or other third parties the organizer collaborates with in connection with the event or enters into a contractual relationship with for this purpose, is – including against third parties – limited to willful misconduct or gross negligence, except in cases of damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
Every participant indemnifies the organizer and the above-mentioned parties for all claims arising from the participant’s behavior during the event.
The limitation of liability and indemnification covers both direct and indirect damages. It also extends to claims that could be asserted by any heirs or other entitled third parties on the grounds of injuries suffered by the participant or in the event of the participant’s death.
The limitation of liability clause takes effect at the time of the participant’s registration for 1TC. It extends to claims founded on any legal grounds, in particular contractual and non-contractual claims for damages as well as action in tort.
Tacit supersession remains unaffected by the above provision.
For the organization and execution of the event we use services of Eventbutler GmbH for the participant management (https://invitario.com/) and Superevent B.V. for the event app and event website (https://superevent.com/).
